Clemson Verizon and Speculative Retail Center

Teaming with Trisect Construction to design a new building for a Verizon Retail store and other speculative retail spaces, I was challenged with existing site constraints, zoning restrictions and satisfying the requirements of Clemson's Architectural Review Board.  The result is a clean, modern design that greatly improves the gateway corner leading to Clemson University.  The prototype was modified to make detailing and construction simpler and more cost effective.  The aspect of this project that I enjoyed most was collaborating with the contractor on design details to improve the quality of construction.
